Graphic Novel / Toy-Paper Theater

Graphic Novel Theater is a combination of Victorian Toy, or Paper Theater and modern Graphic Novel style.
The essence of theater is to take the words off the page and present them to an audience.  Graphic Novels abandon the formal paragraph and move the words into and around the vivid images on the page.
Graphic Novel Theater uses 2 dimensional paper puppets, found and made objects, shadows and images from Graphic Novels to add movement and life to the story.
The words are presented in the manner of the Graphic Novel. Sometimes printed in bubbles, or spoken, sung, chanted, shrieked and shouted.  Sometimes the words are omitted altogether to emphasize the visual aspect of the presentation.
